This 150 sq.m. project redefines a former industrial envelope of exposed concrete into a spatial narrative centered on water, materiality, and light. The retained concrete structure — columns and perimeter walls left bare — becomes a tactile anchor that bridges the site’s industrial past with its new architectural identity.

The design concept seeks to translate the essence of water into spatial language: clarity, depth, and reflection.

Upon entry, the reception area acts as a spatial threshold — a sculptural desk clad in iridescent blue mosaic mirrors the texture and luminosity of a pool’s surface, while a mirror-finished ceiling refracts light across the raw surfaces.
A diving board installation introduces a subtle theatricality, a symbolic gesture towards immersion in the brand’s universe.

The lounge area, set opposite the reception, injects vibrancy through coral-red furniture with organic curves. The chromatic contrast between the vivid red and the cool spectrum of greys and blues establishes a rhythm of visual tension and balance.

The accounting office, conceived as a linear workspace, unfolds around a continuous wooden bench accommodating multiple stations. Sky-blue cabinetry continues the aquatic narrative, while glass partitions framed in deep blue aluminum allow permeability and controlled transparency.

Inserted within the office, a pool ladder and circular pool lights function as scenographic fragments — architectural quotes that blur the line between the real and the representational.

Lighting design plays a central role. Subtle gradients of white, blue, and metallic tones articulate the exposed concrete surface, transforming material roughness into a field of reflection. The result is a dialogue between industrial austerity and sensual illumination.

At the rear, the executive office serves as both workspace and presentation suite. A curved wooden desk embodies movement and flow, while calibrated lighting enhances model and project displays. Blue furnishings and glass partitions maintain openness and cohesion with the main exhibition area.

The kitchen and restrooms extend the concept with playful reinterpretations of aquatic motifs — pool-like tiles, mosaic floors, sky-blue walls, and graphic artworks that evoke a summer atmosphere of clarity and ease.

Finally, the exterior signage synthesizes light, water, and minimalism, translating the essence of the brand into an architectural statement of clarity, innovation, and fluid design.
