“Neoclassical Splendor Renewed: A Seamless Fusion of Modern and Classic Design in a Greek Apartment Renovation”.

The renovation of this Greek neoclassical apartment in Greece was a beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. The apartment, originally 120 square meters in size, was divided into two independent flats of 60 and 55 square meters. The design team, focused on maintaining the integrity of the original architecture, kept the crown moldings of the ceilings and preserved the wooden floors, creating a beautiful contrast with the modern elements of the new design.

The kitchens were a perfect example of this beautiful blend of old and new. The black and white terrazzo tiles added texture and interest to the space, while the glossy black and white wooden kitchen cabinets brought a sleek and modern feel. The gray floor tiles tied the elements together, creating a harmonious look throughout the entire space.

The bathrooms were designed with a black and white palette, adding to the class and elegance of the apartment. The use of these colors created a balance and cohesiveness throughout the space. The fixtures and finishes were carefully chosen to complement the overall design, creating a cohesive and timeless look.

The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire renovation. From the preservation of the original crown moldings to the carefully chosen finishes, every element was chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic. The end result was a stunning and sophisticated space, where old-world charm met modern design.
