Complete Renovation and Transformation of a Three-Story House in Patras, Greece

The renovation of the three-storey house in Patras, Greece was a complete transformation of the building’s function and layout. Our office was tasked with reimagining the space to better suit the needs of the four-member family that would be living there. The previous incarnation of the building had three separate, 55-square-meter apartments, each with their own entrance and facilities.

One of the most significant changes we made to the building was the creation of a fully equipped gym in the basement. The gym features a massage chair and sauna, providing a luxurious and relaxing space for the family and guests to exercise and unwind. We also designed an AIRbnb apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate up to four people. The apartment features a sleeping area that is cleverly divided by a lighted divider, and a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals and entertaining.

The living room in the Airbnb apartment is flooded with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. We also designed a bedroom and bathroom, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Guests can take advantage of the gym and swimming pool, both of which were reconstructed as part of the renovation.

On the first floor, we transformed an independent apartment into a sleeping area for the family. We also created an additional bedroom with transparent metal doors that allow for the flow of air and light. We removed the main entrance of the apartment, creating a stunning hallway that leads to the upper floor.

The upper floor space features a fully lighted living room that is divided by a specially designed wooden TV furniture. The kitchen is sleek and modern, featuring white cabinets and state-of-the-art appliances. An internal metal stair leads to a beautiful attic that provides additional living space.

Overall, the renovation of this three-storey house in Patras, Greece was a complete success. We were able to completely transform the building’s function and layout, creating a luxurious and modern space that is perfect for a family or guests. The gym, swimming pool, and AIRbnb apartment are just a few of the features that make this house truly special.
